Rhodohypoxis milliodes ‘Claret’

Description

Choice alpine with tuber like root stock and an erect, basal, tuft of narrowly lance shaped hairy leaves. A vigorous, slightly taller variety than others with fantastic large claret red flowers. Flowers from May till September.. Height 12cm Spread 15cm. Requires full sun and well drained soil. From the high Drakensberg mountains of South Africa.
