(Pensham Series). A upright, semi-evergreen perennial. Produces mid-green, narrow leaves, stout stems and bell shaped flowers. These are bright purple outside and around the lips, with a solid white throat. Flowering period: July – October. Height 70cm. Spread 50cm. Plant can be grown in full sun to partial shade in a exposed or sheltered location. Plant in well-drained soil, soil can be chalk, loam and sandy. Tolerant of full pH range. Hardiness H4 (-10 to -15c). Breed by Edwards Wilson of Pershire Plant Raisers in the village of Pensham.
