Description
This stunning cascading succulent produces fleshy heart shaped leaves. The foliage turns a myriad of colours during the seasons from hints of yellow and green to purplish pink, edged with red. Inflorescences of white flowers appear on the ends of the branches in summer. Tolerant of low temperatures of 1 -5c but will not tolerate frost. Grow in full sun.
