(Inca Series) A hardy, tuberous – clump-forming, herbaceous perennial. Inca Husky has sensational salmon peach-pink flowers with a stunning flecked yellow throat. Blooms last throughout the summer standing above a mound of lance-shaped green leaves. This dwarf Alstroemeria has specifically been bred to be shorter in height with larger flowers. Flowering period: June – November. Height 30cm. Spread 30cm. It is happy to grow in sun or partial shade, ideally in a fertile, free-draining soil. Mulch plants in their first year to help them get through the winter.
All our plants are grown in pots to reduce the risk of pest and disease. At certain times of the year our perennials are potted up into larger containers as and when the plants need. This means that plant can have a root system that is between 0.5L and 1.4L during this period.
